This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the staff members at the reception were available at all the time. The beds had been comfy and the other guests had been normally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was off and on, maybe my mistake using it. Really nice hotel and excellent area. Unquestionably will endorse this place!

If you are travelling to Eastbourne you should reserve a room here. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the rooms are very clean. And the nice ambience helped us enjoy our stay, it was very nice.

The beds have been comfy and the people in the hotel have been generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air con was off and on, but wasn´t a big deal. Wonderful location, every little thing is close. Staff are tremendous welcoming and useful and speak excellent English. There are activities every night and it´s a fantastic way to socializing with people. Rooms and services are ok and towels changed daily. Only problem was beds are a little bit squeaky but that’s incredibly slight. Wonderful value for the money!
